ACT T1R-F02 Twin Disc HD Race Kit . The Heavy Duty race twin disc kit includes a Heavy Duty pressure plate, two race discs, a floater and flywheel. The Heavy Duty pressure plate offers a clamp load increase of 20 to 50 percent with a stock to moderate pedal feel. ACT twin disc kits offer twice the number of disc surfaces for better wear, heat capacity and long life compared to single disc kits. These kits use a proprietary positive lift floater system design which results in quiet operation with no floater rattle and no posts to wear. With an ACT twin disc, there also is the ability to adjust for compensation of disc wear and provides equal disengagement for discs. All ACT twin disc kits include a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel to ensure trouble-free installation and operation. Exclusive four-stage, heat treating process performed on all diaphragms. All ACT race twin disc kits meet SFI Specification 1.2 and are legal in all racing organizations that require SFI certification.

ACT TM1-XTR6 XT Pressure Plate with Race Rigid 6-Pad Clutch Disc . The ACT clutch kit includes an Xtreme pressure plate, 6-pad rigid race disc, release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool. The Xtreme pressure plate allows for a 50 to 120 percent increase in clamp load over the stock unit. ACT pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure an exclusive four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency and some are reinforced to reduce flex and improve efficiency and the feel of the pressure plate. ACT pressure plates are manufactured from new units not rebuilt from worn out parts and are 100 percent tested and computer balanced for smooth operation at high RPM. ACT's Xtreme pressure plates have a moderate to stiff pedal feel. Xtreme pressure plates are recommended for use with a street or race disc. Xtreme pressure plates meet SFI Specification 1.1 and are legal in all racing organizations that require SFI certification. ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs are made with high quality, ceramic friction materials and all friction pads are measured, sorted and matched before assembly to ensure each disc is uniform in thickness. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability and the lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. The 6-pad rigid race disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat and for smoother engagement. This disc is not recommended for street use. All ACT race discs are certified as meeting SFI Specification 1.1 and are legal in all racing organizations that require SFI certification. The kit is completed with a quality, stock replacement release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool.
