16" Deluxe Two-Speed Floor Lap - The time-consuming final stages of lapidary work have just become more convenient with this full-size floor-model lap unit. A heavy-duty 1" ball-bearing wheel mount with 1/3 hp motor drives the large, 16" iron lap plate with the flat side for small pieces, reversing to a tapered side for better control on large projects. The removable protective splash guard lets you see what you are grinding while you stay dry and the speed is adjustable from 2001900 rpm. The welded steel chassis comes with a removable grit catch pan; water can, valve, and holder; and grinding, sanding, and polishing heads; plus a gem cutting book. It comes partially assembled.
