For maximum power and torque over the widest power band, Gibson manufactures merging pressure single exhaust system, which allows your engine to operate more powerfully and efficiently than any other exhaust systems. The superior quality of Gibson high-flow performance exhaust system will provide you with increased hill-climbing and passing power - up to 25% more usable horsepower, improved acceleration, power and resonance, along with improved low- and mid-range performance, increased torque, improved fuel economy, reduced back-pressure for cooler engine operating temperatures and extended life. It retains all stock emissions equipment. This aluminized system features performance dyno-tuned 14ga nickel-chrome plated, performance tuned headers with 3/8" thick heavy-duty laser cut port flanges for exacting fit. Large 3" thick mandrel-bent tubing maintains constant flow through the bend for outstanding performance and corrosion resistance. High temperature steel "donut" gaskets with extra thick bevel flanges positively mate exhaust tubing to the header collectors. Superflow performance muffler minimizes back-pressure and assures cooler operating temperatures. The muffler features a fully welded, straight through design, baffled and chambered for better volume efficiency and unrestricted flow. Each system is finished off with a 3.5" polished T-304 stainless steel exhaust tip. Kits include premium gaskets, heavy-duty mounting hardware, zinc-plated mounting hardware, zinc-plated 3/8" to 1/2" hangers and heavy-duty clamps.
